The Mad huriyet exercise is the fourth in the series of the ten
exercises that are presented in front of a trainee for passing the final exams
for training in calisthenics. It is given in three sessions and is intended to
measure the trainee's agility and efficiency. The training is for those
candidates who have not passed any of the previous two sessions. This makes it
important for the instructor to make sure that there are no shortcomings in the
skills that the trainee has.
The main feature of this exercise is the evaluation of the
candidate's strength, agility and efficiency. Before doing the Mad huriyet, the
trainer will have to know the ability level of each of the abilities and then
work on improving them one by one. The madhur day panel chart is used to
evaluate the skills that are used in climbing. It has been found that this is
the only technique which provides a conclusive test to the climbers without
causing any problems during the climb. The strength and the power of the
muscles are measured with the help of this exercise, which can be very helpful
while teaching new methods in climbing. There are many sub-parts of the satta
matka panel chart which are used here for understanding the strength and power
of each of the muscle groups.
The Mad Huriyet Day panel chart has been designed by keeping the
requirements of the participants in mind and is therefore very useful for the
purpose. The panel is divided into four parts which are used in the Madhur
satta. The first part called the 'Ketan' has an introduction written by the
leader. The second part called the 'Nyonya' gives instructions for the training
of the climb in a logical manner. The final part called the 'Rufa' gives the
description of the techniques to be used in the climb. These are divided in
three categories to ensure the safety and endurance levels.
The Mad Huriyet Day panel records the climb in the form of a
diary. This makes it easier for the participants to look at the different
aspects of the climb. This can be used for analysis and further training. The
participants of the event can look at the Mad Huriyet Day Chart and see the performance
level of their own strengths and weaknesses. They can also compare the
strengths of other climbers to improve their own performance levels.
The actual climb takes about an hour and half. There are about
thirty children from the age of six to fifteen, who are involved in the
process. The weather is perfect for the climb. The Mad Huriyet Day Climbing
Festival is held every year. It is celebrated at the end of August or beginning
of September in the Baluchistan province of Pakistan. The climber's climb is
monitored and approved by the Baluchistan chief minister.
