Daftar Situs Judi Bola Terpercaya (DJSJ) by Analayo is a great
little book on all things Asian. You don't need to have extensive knowledge of
the Asian culture to appreciate what DJSJ has to offer; it's just that you
can't help but fall in love with it. I've always found Analayo to be a great
storyteller and as such, I was extremely happy to see that he brought in an
expert in Japanese culture to really bring his stories to life.
The story starts at the beginning of the 19th century, the last
period when Japanese immigration to America was actually a lot more common.
Because Japan had such a strict immigration policy during that time, many
Japanese immigrants ended up settling in areas where their language was not
widely spoken. They became quite adept at speaking Chinese, which led to them
being able to take on a number of American identities. Analayo pulls this off
beautifully and draws out a great deal of historical and cultural information
that will help you become a much better reader.
Different chapters cover different parts of Japan. One chapter
is set in the city of Kyoto and another on the rural area of Japan's central
Honshu. All chapters are filled with interesting facts and the occasional story
to hold your interest.
One chapter also covers places in India like Jaipur, Delhi,
Mumbai and others. Analayo is able to tell interesting stories about these
places through his stories and you learn a lot about each city as a result.
This chapter is especially enjoyable because it helps you gain an understanding
of India's modern history, which can be quite varied and different from the
past. Reading about the rich history of India is important for those who are
interested in learning about a country.
The next chapter covers Japan's most populous city, Tokyo. The
author draws on his experience of travelling to Japan to give you an insight
into how life there is and how to go about it. Although you'll never get to
experience the Japanese capital, you will learn a great deal about how you can
interact with other cultures and countries, because Analayo has written about
his experiences in first-hand detail.
In total there are seven different chapters. Each chapter gives
you an insight into various aspects of Japanese culture and life. If you are an
avid reader and want to learn a bit more about the subject matter, you'll find
this a fantastic way to learn the basics. of the subject matter, as well as a
great storyteller with a wonderful voice and a great personality to boot!
